POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Introduction
The Application Form, Terms & Conditions, Policies & Procedures and Variable Business PlanTM collectively are the contract, which governs the relationship between Opulence Global. (Hereinafter referred to as “OPULENCE”), and any person or entity that engages in business as an Independent Partner of OPULENCE GLOBAL products (hereinafter referred to as “Partner or Independent Partner”. The terms “you” and “your” refer to each Partner, “We, us, our,” and the “Company” refer to Opulence Global.
When you become a Partner, you are in business – and immediately have access to your website, shopping cart and Back Office. Follow the instructions in the Welcome Letter email and place your order for your business cards online. If you have not received your Welcome Letter email within 3 business days of submitting your application, you are responsible for contacting the Head Office to confirm your contact information.
As an Independent Partner of OPULENCE, you are required to read, understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies and procedures contained in your contract; OPULENCE may change these policies and rules from time to time at its sole discretion. Updates to the contract may be found on the official company website. Violation of the contract by a Partner may result in immediate termination of his/her membership.
OPULENCE GLOBAL honors all Federal, Provincial/State and local regulations governing direct sales and network marketing. Partners are required to honor all of the rules and regulations governing network (multi-level) marketing as regulated by Federal, Provincial/State, and local authorities. Failure to comply with said statutes and regulations could result in the termination of the membership.
The primary applicant (1st line) or co-applicant cannot be changed except by official transfer of the membership by Head Office.

OUR MEMBERSHIP
QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
Any person in Canada who is 18 years of age or of legal age in their country may apply to become a Partner of OPULENCE GLOBAL. Anyone under the legal age to contract must have the consent of his or her parent/guardian. Upon receipt of a signed application, faxed application or on-line application, OPULENCE GLOBAL, at its sole discretion, can accept or reject an application.
Once the application has been accepted, the person officially becomes an Independent Brand Partner of OPULENCE GLOBAL and will be sent a Welcome Letter email containing login information and instructions as well as a kit will be shipped to the address on file at the time of registration.
Definition:
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner is an independent distributor that holds and operates an Opulence Global E-Mall. All E-Mall operators are subject to Opulence Global policies & procedures and when in good standing have access to the products and programs offered by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner may be identified as an OPULENCE GLOBAL Independent Lifestyle Advisor, OPULENCE GLOBAL Independent Brand Partner or OPULENCE GLOBAL VIP Shopper.
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are not Partner shareholders as defined in this agreement for membership.
Membership:
Each ranked package includes a business start-up component; your initial investment provides you with a turnkey business, your first year’s renewable membership fee, website, shopping cart and administration and business tools; this investment is one time for as long as you are a Brand Partner. Please note that all funds are in Canadian dollars, and may incur a currency conversion and a processing fee.
Upgrade to a ranked membership can be done at any time online, by talking to your up-line sponsor or contacting Client Care Services at OPULENCE GLOBAL.
An Opulence Global E-Mall membership can be purchased directly from Opulence Global or purchased from another Opulence Global Brand Partner subject to Opulence office acceptance and authorization. Membership transfers can only be done by the office and can be subject to transfer fees. The new Brand Partners of transferred accounts must follow the Opulence Global policies and procedures to its fullest.
OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any aspect of its Policies and Procedures at any time, at its sole discretion. This includes changes to product pricing, compensation plans and any other term and condition.
No Brand Partner will be permitted a beneficial interest in more than one membership nor in different line of the entire organization.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP (10 day Cooling Off Period)
Membership cancellations will be accepted provided that OPULENCE GLOBAL office is advised of the cancellation in writing via a support ticket or email. If a Brand Partner’s E-Mall is launched within the prescribed 10-day cooling off period, they may be subject to a partial refund as stated below.
What is not refunded: Regardless of the chosen package, there will be an automatic deduction of $175.00 plus fulfillment fee plus 5% credit card processing fee and appropriate HST. All welcome kits and initial packages are sent out the next business day after sign up date. Once the packages are sent out, the shipment must be returned as part of the requested termination in sale ready condition. If a Brand Partner has placed a product order of any amount within 10 days of launching their E-Mall, then the 10-day cooling off period becomes void.
The shipping fees, VAT and duty charges are the responsibility of the new Brand Partner and not the company. The products must be UNopened, UNused and in sale ready condition to be refunded.
Return shipping fees on the package are covered by the Brand Partner, whether the package is being sent back by the Brand Partner (after delivery) or being called back by OPULENCE GLOBAL (in transit).
If a Brand Partner upgrades within their 10 days cooling-off period, then the 10-day cooling off period becomes void. (A request for a refund under such circumstances will be considered a voluntary termination and will be treated accordingly.)
Any time an upgrade of membership takes place, they are non-refundable. If a Brand Partner has placed a product order of any amount within 10 days of becoming a Brand Partner, then the 10-day cooling off period becomes void. (A request for a refund under such circumstances will be considered a voluntary termination and will be treated accordingly.)
ONLINE APPLICATION
When applying on-line the enroller enters the new Brand Partner information into the system and the new Brand Partner’s E-MALL is immediately placed in the genealogy.
The membership will be terminated without recourse if payment is not received within 7 days; the affected person is free to re-apply at any time.
In the Compensation Plan, a Brand Partner may only sponsor two new OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners directly into their front-line. All other personally-enrolled Brand Partners will be selectively placed within their own Group for the benefit of either the left or the right team; at the discretion of the enroller.
ENROLLER
OPULENCE GLOBAL encourages people to join with the Brand Partner who brought them to their first presentation. An Enroller of the new Brand Partner will be paid the wholesale profits on product package sale. OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are encouraged to keep a copy of the survey as proof of the date that their prospect participated in a Tour.
OPULENCE GLOBAL shall regard the first signed application, via hand, mail, e-mail (reply) or fax, or online received by the corporate office as binding; subject to the preceding paragraph. The Enroller will receive future bonuses and incentives from the new a Brand Partner’s activity commencing as of the date the application is approved by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
As part of the business, the enroller may be notified in case of payment declined, stop SC requests and membership termination requests. Change of enroller is not permitted except with the company’s discretion.
ENROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES
The OPULENCE GLOBAL Support System is an important aspect in ensuring the success of each and every Brand Partner. You must fulfill your leadership responsibilities as an Enroller.
Proof of performance of such activities must be kept and made available to OPULENCE GLOBAL on request. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of such activities can result in suspension of account or commission hold back on company’s sole discretion.
A Brand Partner who enrolls other Brand Partners is obligated to provide optimal service and training for his or her team of Brand Partners (left and right teams – down-line) and their groups.
Brand Partner is encouraged to be judicious when distributing internal newsletters, conducting training workshops, and other programs to their down-line group. Brand Partner must exercise the utmost caution to avoid giving the impression that they are acting as an employee of OPULENCE GLOBAL.
If for any reason these conditions are not met, the account may be suspended or terminated at company’s sole discretion. In the event that the Brand Partner has not met the enroller responsibilities, the company at its sole discretion has the right to move any down line or team to a position in the Binary where they can receive adequate support to best help them succeed.
COMPENSATION PLAN FRAUD AND BONUS BUYING
Brand Partners are only allowed to own one E-Mall per person only. Having ownership in more than one E-Mall without written approval of the company is strictly prohibited and against OPULENCE GLOBAL’s policies and procedures.
The company must also approve purchasing E-Malls for children in advance. No Brand Partner will be permitted a beneficial interest in more than one membership without written approval of the company.
Launching fake E-Malls or under alias names for the purpose of increasing your compensation plan milestones is against the MLM laws and is considered “compensation plan fraud” by the company. In an event that a Brand Partner has violated this clause, their Online Shop will be suspended and the overpayment will be demanded back by the company. Repeat offenders may be terminated without any prior notice.
PLACEMENT/ENROLLER CHANGE
The new Brand Partner will be placed automatically according to the placement choice of the upline in their back office. Placement/Enroller cannot usually be changed and may be irreversible. However, under certain circumstances, the positioning might well be reviewed provided that the error has been identified within 72 hours of the new Brand Partner joining. In the case of a position/enroller change, there will be an administrative fee of $50 for each case. In the event of the move, the new partner will always be positioned to the very last position of that side (Left or Right). After 72 hours of joining, NO placement/Enroller change is allowed.
Please note any commissions paid out must be paid back to Opulence Global before any changes are made.
CORPORATION/OPULENCE GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP
A Partnership or Corporation may be an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner according to the following rules:
When a Corporation applies to be an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner the application must be submitted in the full legal name of the Corporation and must include the name and signature of an officer of the company authorized to contract for the Corporation. A full list of shareholders must also be submitted along with the application.
When a Partnership applies to become an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner the application must be submitted in the full legal name of the Partnership and must include the name and signature of the partner authorized to execute contracts on behalf of the Partnership. A full list of all Partners must also be submitted along with the application. If any of the Shareholders or Partners are already OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners of OPULENCE GLOBAL then the Corporation /Partnership cannot become an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner.
• If the name of a Partnership or a Corporation is submitted, then cheques shall be issued in that name, unless notice is given that the account holder wishes the cheques issued in a personal name.
ADDING A CO-APPLICANT
When adding a co-applicant (either an individual or a business entity) to an existing OPULENCE GLOBAL membership, a properly completed Agreement Form containing the applicant’s and co-applicant’s signature (or electronic equivalent) must be submitted.
The original applicant must remain as a party to the original application and agreement. If the original OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner wants to terminate his or her relationship with OPULENCE GLOBAL, he/she must do so in accordance with OPULENCE GLOBAL policy. If this is not followed, the membership shall be cancelled upon withdrawal of the original OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner. Note that the modification permitted within the scope of this section does not include change in sponsorship.
UPGRADES
You can choose to upgrade your Opulence Global online shop from the “VIP” or “Brand Partner” shop to the “Lifestyle Advisor” level at any time. The upgrade includes the difference in products from the shop purchase to the upgrade selection as well as a higher discount in your entire shop.
DOWNGRADES
If an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner decides to downgrade their ONLINE SHOP to a lower package, then there will be an administrative charge of 5% of the difference in the ONLINE SHOP cost. A downgrade to Retailer (or cancellation within the first 10 days) will incur a charge of $175 plus 5% of the original ONLINE SHOP cost.
SHOPPING CREDITS
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner can use the accumulated purchased SC at any time to order FASHION, BEAUTY OR HEALTH products. If the cost of the product exceeds the available SC available either a credit card must be given or an automatic deduction will be made from their E-Wallet or Opulence Currency for payment of the balance.
TAXES IN CANADA
Orders shipped within Canada are charged applicable HST as per provincial laws.
As per government regulations, taxes are due as purchases of products and services are made. Memberships and SC contributions are considered purchases. Taxes are also due on services, including the annual renewal.
OPULENCE GLOBAL collects and remits applicable taxes for purchases made from OPULENCE GLOBAL as required by law. Tax rates on purchases are based on the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner’s shipping address. However actual tax due is based upon the address to which the product or sales material is shipped. If the tax is more than what has already been paid in packages or in SC, it will be charged to the credit card on file. If the tax is less than what has been paid, then the extra amount will stay in the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner’s account as non-commissionable SC Dollars. It is the responsibility of the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner to be informed as to the tax laws regarding sales tax charges with respect to their area of residence.
T4A will be issued for Canadian Partners who earn more than $500CDN in the previous fiscal year.
MONTHLY SHOPPING CREDIT CONTRIBUTIONS
Monthly product purchase using the monthly Shopping Credit (SC) contribution is optional:
Purchasing Shopping Credits accumulates in the back office SC account and the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner can use these points at any time to purchase products.
Partners may elect to subscribe to Smart Buy where SC purchases happen automatically 7 days before the Partner’s SC anniversary day every month. Your actual anniversary date is the day Partner’s application was entered into the system and you can check that date in your back office.
Monthly Shopping Credits subscription purchases also serves as a back-up to commission qualifications in an event partner’s Personal Volume (PV) milestones are not met in a given month. SC is highly recommended to avoid the risk of missing Commissionable Volume from the organization or team commission’s qualification. If monthly PV is not met by the anniversary date, then the system will:
• Automatically and IRREVOCABLY flush all accumulated commissionable volume (CV) for payment of Team Earnings
• If this flushing occurs, an additional 3-day grace period will be provided in which to bring your SC payments up to date and have 50% volume reinstated. In this instance, there will be an administrative charge of $50.00 plus applicable taxes.
• Pre – selected Smart Buy orders are non-refundable and can only be cancelled if notified by a support ticket at least 7 business days prior to the processing date.
OPULENCE GLOBAL may attempt to contact the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner, however it is the Partner’s responsibility to ensure that the monthly PV qualification is met on time.
Late payments will be added to your SC account, however your CV will have been flushed irrevocably, and you will not be eligible for commission, bonuses or incentives for that month.
A declined payment for Smart Buy or SC purchases on the SC day will result in an email and a telephone call. The SC will be then re-processed at least twice by the anniversary SC date. Such communication may not occur if there are zero SC Dollars in the account, or if the account has previously declined twice in a row.
Partners must ensure that their credit card information is kept up-to-date with OPULENCE GLOBAL, and promptly inform OPULENCE GLOBAL of any changes with respect to the expiry date or new card issued.
The monthly SC contribution can be stopped, or started at any time provided that you give written notice at least 14 days prior to the date that payment is due. Unused group volume is never flushed if a Partner makes their monthly PV milestones, however not making your SC contribution will result in the flushing of all accumulated group commissionable volume, and no further group commissionable volume for that month will be accumulated.
Please note that the Monthly PV backup subscription amount cannot be changed more than one time within a 12-month period.
SC cannot be used to pay shipping, handling, taxes or smart buy selections. OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to adjust SC accounts for clerical errors and omissions. SC contributions are product purchases and subject to payment of commissions. Partners must notify the Head Office in writing with respect to any errors or omissions within 30 days of posting.
TRANSFER / SALE OF MEMBERSHIP
Each ONLINE SHOP is an asset for the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner, which can be sold, passed on as inheritance, willed to a charity, etc. The account requested to be transferred, must be renewed. Accounts on Hold cannot be transferred. Any transfer or sale must be approved by OPULENCE GLOBAL, upon submission of the proper forms.
A Membership may be sold; the seller (OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner) will submit a Sale of Membership form, and the buyer will submit an Application form (package information can be left blank), Including Buyer and Seller’s picture id. Upon approval by OPULENCE GLOBAL, the membership shall be transferred, including any SC remaining, and current accumulated group volume. Sale price is negotiated between seller and buyer without any involvement by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
The person(s) acquiring the membership and becoming a Partner cannot have been a OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner in the past 6 months.
All transfers are subject to an Administration Fee of $250 plus HST.Seller must fill the sale of membership form or inform the Opulence Global office regarding the transfer of membership and follow the conditions and instructions.
TRANSFER – DEATH AND INHERITANCE
Upon the death of an individual or dissolution of a business entity the membership will be transferred to their successors according to applicable law. A notarized statement or certified court order will be required. The successor- OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner must provide a signed Application form, and must fulfill all of the obligations and responsibilities of the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner in order to continue the membership and receive all of its benefits and bonuses.
If an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner inherits a membership, while they cannot benefit from two memberships, they can choose which membership they wish to sell.
TRANSFER UPON INCAPACITATION
To effect a transfer of a OPULENCE GLOBAL business, the successor must provide the following to OPULENCE GLOBAL (1) a notarized copy of the will or other instrument establishing the successor’s right to the OPULENCE GLOBAL business, and (2) a completed Application form executed by the successor.
DIVORCE OR DISSOLUTION
OPULENCE GLOBAL will only change ownership/payments upon receiving legal documents relating to the disposition of the OPULENCE GLOBAL membership. Until such notice, the OPULENCE GLOBAL membership will be operated jointly, on a business-as-usual basis. Under no circumstances will OPULENCE GLOBAL split commissions and bonuses between divorcing spouses or OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners of dissolving entities.
In the event that parties to a divorce or dissolution proceedings are unable to resolve a dispute over the disposition of commissions and ownership of the business, the Agreement shall be involuntarily terminated.
If a former spouse or former entity has completely relinquished all rights to their original OPULENCE GLOBAL business, then they can re-join immediately. In either case, the former spouse or parties shall have no rights to any OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners in their former Group.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
Each OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner has a one-year renewable contract with OPULENCE GLOBAL. The contract will automatically renew on the Partner’s one-year anniversary of the application acceptance date. If the Partner decides not to continue his or hers membership and wishes to terminate their membership, he or she must provide a minimum of 14 days notice in writing before the renewal due date. The notice must be given in writing to Opulence Global head-office and not to the UP-LINE
At renewal date, the Partner’s online Shop will be automatically renewed at a rate of $100 plus applicable taxes. Successful payment of yearly renewal will allow OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners to enjoy all the benefits of Opulence Global Membership for another year and receive 2 FREE bottles of Fountain of Life with their next order. As of January 2020 Partners who renew their account are also entitled to receive 1000 Opulence Points with their renewal.
If the renewal payment is not received by the due date, the Partner’s online shop will be terminated. Terminated accounts will lose all benefits including product discounts. There is a 3 days grace period after termination date before the accumulated CV is flushed. Terminated accounts cannot accumulate CV and are not eligible for commissions.
There may be an admin fee of $250 (plus applicable taxes) for the reinstatement of terminated memberships benefits within the following 3 months. The account will be removed from the system after 6 (Six) months of non-renewal passes.
KEEPING INVENTORY IS NOT REQUIRED
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are not required to keep any inventory, and can simply refer customers to their website. The OPULENCE GLOBAL program is built upon retail pricing and Partner pricing. OPULENCE GLOBAL also recognizes that OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners may wish to purchase products in reasonable amounts for their personal or family use.
It is OPULENCE GLOBAL policy, however, to strictly prohibit the purchase of products or large quantities of inventory in unreasonable amounts solely for the purpose of qualifying for bonuses or advancement in the compensation program.
Retail sales are an integral part of the OPULENCE GLOBAL business. While the retail price of products cannot be changed when purchasing online, OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are free to establish their own retail price for personal OPULENCE GLOBAL product inventory already purchased when re-selling to customers.
Products may not be displayed in or sold through retail establishments. This is strictly forbidden and failure to comply could lead to termination.
BUSINESS CONDUCT
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner will perform all of their business activities in a professional and ethical manner, which will enhance the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner’s reputation and the positive reputation of OPULENCE GLOBAL. An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner will conduct their business and dealings honestly and fairly. OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners will not engage in any conduct, which would negatively reflect on OPULENCE GLOBAL. OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners will be courteous and respectful of every person contacted including employees of the corporate office and shall not libel/slander the products, company, corporate staff, or its OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners at any time. Serious violation of this provision will result in termination of membership and possible legal action. OPULENCE GLOBAL defends its brand and reputation vigorously and will take all steps to rectify any and all damage caused through Courts of Law.
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner will never sign on behalf of another OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner or prospect, except as duly authorized. Any violations will be reported to the authorities.
OPULENCE GLOBAL Products or Business Opportunity can be marketed/promoted in the following manner/environments:
• Trade shows
• Social Media
• In home parties
• Temporary weekend stands in malls
FERI and FERI Flawless products cannot be promoted in Flea Markets as FERI’s brand image must be protected at all times and cannot be mixed with other products or brands.
Opulence Global has a strict and enforceable policy on posting Opulence Global products on on-line marketplaces and shopping websites. This policy is not flexible.

• Shopee

The sites are prohibited from selling any Opulence Global products including all FERI, FERI Flawless POSH and Fountain of Life products.
You shall not misrepresent the OPULENCE GLOBAL Products or Variable Business Plan TM. You must realize and accept that engaging in any deceptive or illegal activities will be grounds for termination. You cannot make appraisal claims other than the ones supplied by OPULENCE GLOBAL for any of the products, nor will you misrepresent the income potential of the OPULENCE GLOBAL Compensation Plan.
Currently, anywhere a statement of income potential is made, you must include the following statement on the same page “Compensation for the majority of Canadian OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners conducting activities necessary to realize the plan’s benefits for over one year are forecasted to be between $2,500 and $15,000 per year. However, there are OPULENCE GLOBAL OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners that earn significantly higher incomes due to their commitment and effort. A typical OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner is one who has the right to sponsor others in the plan, engages in sales to others and has been an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner of the plan for at least one year.”
You must understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all financial and/or legal obligations you incur in the course of your business as an Independent Partner of OPULENCE GLOBAL. You must also discharge all debts and duties as is required of an independent business.
SELLING OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
OPULENCE GLOBAL believes that it has superior products, offers better value and pays more. A Partner can be part of any other product or service, as long as the OPULENCE GLOBAL products and opportunity are not presented in a negative light. An example of negative action could be a Partner actively recruiting for OPULENCE GLOBAL at another company’s event. Copying of the concept and the way that OPULENCE GLOBAL operates their business is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
OPULENCE GLOBAL leaders who are involved in making public presentations shall not also make public presentations for other companies.
CROSS RECRUITING
Sharing information about other MLM opportunities and/or products similar to the products and business model of OPULENCE GLOBAL with Opulence Global Partners and customers for the purpose of cross recruiting is strictly prohibited. Since 2005, Opulence Global has made great investments to build and maintain it’s customer and distributor base and establishing new markets. Any effort by an Opulence Global partner or VIP Shopper to solicit Opulence partners and clients for the purpose of recruiting them in to another MLM company or promoting competing companies’ products or services with a similar marketing model is strictly prohibited, and subject to firm legal action.
Confidentiality: I acknowledge that information and materials acquired by me as a OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner including, but not limited to, prospect, customer and Retailer/Partner lists, and genealogy reports will not be used or disclosed to anyone except for the purpose of promoting and developing my OPULENCE GLOBAL business. I fully understand that I cannot offer or solicit any other product or opportunity that competes with Opulence Global’s products or business opportunity.
On ceasing to be an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner, whether by reason of voluntary termination or involuntary termination, you will not communicate with any OPULENCE GLOBAL customer, Partner shareholder, staff or supplier on behalf of another company with similar products or business model which includes but not limited to e-commerce, home parties and network marketing. At no time will you slander or libel any OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner or staff or the products or the Business Plan.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT
Information contained in any genealogy, down line or recap report is confidential, proprietary to OPULENCE GLOBAL and is transmitted to the Brand Partner in confidence.
The Brand Partner agrees not to disclose such information to any third party directly or indirectly or use the information to compete with OPULENCE GLOBAL. The Brand Partner agrees they have access to this confidential information only to promote the sale of OPULENCE GLOBAL Products and the building of a sales force of OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners selling OPULENCE GLOBAL products.
The Brand Partner and OPULENCE GLOBAL agree that if not for this agreement of confidentiality and nondisclosure, OPULENCE GLOBAL would not provide the information to the Partner or give them access to our work force and customers through other means of communication including conferences and web meetings.
A Brand Partner breach of confidentiality for the purpose of disclosing information to a third party or for any other use other than promoting Opulence Global business and products could be cause for immediate termination and legal action by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
All Brand Partners are independent contractors for OPULENCE GLOBAL; they are not franchisees, joint ventures, partner shareholders, employees or agents of OPULENCE GLOBAL. Brand Partners are strictly prohibited from stating or implying orally, electronically, or in writing that they are franchisees, joint ventures, partner shareholders, employees or agents of OPULENCE GLOBAL. No Brand Partner has authority to bind OPULENCE GLOBAL to any obligation or otherwise. A Brand Partner, as an independent contractor, is fully responsible for all of their conduct in the operation of the Membership. Each Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OPULENCE GLOBAL, its officers, agents and directors against any and all liabilities including judgments, civil penalties, returns, attorney fees, court costs or lost business incurred by OPULENCE GLOBAL as a result of the Brand Partner’s conduct in the operation of their Membership.
The use of OPULENCE GLOBAL’s head office mailing address, telephone numbers or any other contact details for personal use or gain is strictly forbidden and could result in termination and/or legal action.
INCOME TAXES
Brand Partner will not be treated as franchisees, joint ventures, Partner shareholders, employees or agents with respect to any government regulations. When applicable, OPULENCE GLOBAL will issue reports of income to Brand Partner as required by each country in which OPULENCE GLOBAL does business; accumulated earnings and all purchases placed through the account are available to OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners in their back office, However OPULENCE GLOBAL will not prepare reports of any kind for income tax purposes.
NO EXCLUSIVE TERRITORIES
OPULENCE GLOBAL does not recognize any exclusive territories. OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are not restricted from conducting business anywhere where permitted by law.
CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner shall report any change in their contact information in writing to the Partner Benefits Specialist Department at OPULENCE GLOBAL as soon as possible or change and update the information through the Back Office, OPULENCE GLOBAL can only contact its OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners at the most recent information on file; contact at the most recent information on record shall be taken as valid delivery of any information, notices or documents. If the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner’s mailing address requires a change in either Province/State and/or Country; OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner MUST submit this communication through their Back Office Support Ticket.
All communication with Head Office should include:

BONUS BUYING
Bonus Buying is strictly prohibited by OPULENCE GLOBAL. Any investigation that uncovers an attempt to Bonus Buy will result in serious punitive action, up to and including termination.
Bonus buying includes:
The enrollment of an individual or entity as an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner without their knowledge.
The fraudulent enrollment of an individual or entity as an OPULENCE GLOBAL Lifestyle Advisor, Brand Partner.
The enrollment or attempted enrollment of non-existent individuals or entities as OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners.
PRODUCT TESTIMONIAL
All OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are encouraged to share their excitement of OPULENCE GLOBAL products and business opportunity. OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to use statements and photographs voluntarily submitted to its corporate office from OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners and customers in its promotional material without any stated, written or implied financial compensation.
CLAIMS – PRODUCT
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner may not make claims about the products except those officially approved in writing by OPULENCE GLOBAL or as contained in the official OPULENCE GLOBAL literature. In particular, a Partner may not make any statements, which claim to the market value, cut and quality of the gemstones and jewelry other than the one provided by OPULENCE GLOBAL. Such statements directly violate OPULENCE GLOBAL policy and are prohibited.
CLAIMS – COMPENSATION
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner may not make any representation relating to compensation unless it includes disclosure of the compensation likely to be received by typical participants in the plan as disclosed by OPULENCE GLOBAL. Hypothetical compensation figures based upon the inherent power of network marketing as actual compensation projections are against Industry Canada and Federal Trade Commission’s (USA) Truth-in-Advertising law. The compensation potential is highly attractive in reality without resorting to artificial and unrealistic projections. A Partner who violates this policy may be subject to immediate termination.
CLAIMS – MARKET VALUE OR PRODUCT APPRAISAL
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners may not say or imply that the product appraisals are endorsed by any government agency.
NAMES, LOGOS, TRADEMARKS
The names “OPULENCE GLOBAL”, ”OPULENCE”, “FERI”, “FERI MOSH”, “FERI FLAWLESS”, “FOUNTAIN OF LIFE”, “FOL”, “POSH” and all current and future trademarks as well as the names of all OPULENCE GLOBAL products are the trademarks of OPULENCE GLOBAL.
Only OPULENCE GLOBAL is authorized to produce and market products and literature under these trademarks.
The use of the OPULENCE GLOBAL’s names on any product, literature, or electronic media not produced or offered by OPULENCE GLOBAL is prohibited unless written approval has been obtained from OPULENCE GLOBAL.
The OPULENCE GLOBAL name, trademarks, logos, and the names of the corporate executives, Board of Directors, Advisory Board OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners, employees or any other professionals who endorse OPULENCE GLOBAL may not be used in any form, either written or spoken, without prior written approval by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners must submit requests to use any such names, logos or trademarks to the compliance department of OPULENCE GLOBAL at [email protected]; the use of OPULENCE GLOBAL names, logos, and trademarks is strictly limited to OPULENCE GLOBAL-approved formats. When an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner has received approval to use the OPULENCE GLOBAL name, trademarks or logos in any pre-approved medium, the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner must indicate that he or she is an “Independent Lifestyle Advisor” of OPULENCE GLOBAL.
TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENTS
OPULENCE GLOBAL makes no warranties regarding possible infringement of any U.S. or foreign patent, trademark, trade name, copyright or the like caused by a Partner’s operations; and OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners shall have no claim in connection therewith. When a Partner learns of any suit or claim regarding any patent, trademark, trade name or copyright infringement involving OPULENCE GLOBAL, the Partner shall immediately notify the OPULENCE GLOBAL Compliance Department.
OPULENCE GLOBAL LITERATURE
A Partner may only use authorized promotional materials to promote OPULENCE GLOBAL products and opportunities. OPULENCE GLOBAL wants to ensure that the prestigious image of the company and its products are properly put on display. Should a Partner wish to generate their own material, including websites, social media, CD’s and DVD’s they must first apply to OPULENCE GLOBAL for permission to do so with an explanation as to its’ purpose. All such material must at all times carry the wording “Independent Partner”. Pre-approval is not required for a sign or banner that includes the heading: “Partner”.
Material cannot be false or misleading.
Material cannot promote a particular manufacturer or company.
Partner must have full permission from the authorizing party for further publication.
A Partner must clearly identify themselves as an Independent Lifestyle Advisor or Independent Partner.
Any deviation from these rules could result in termination and potential loss of income.
All Forms of advertising using OPULENCE GLOBAL names, logos or trademarks (including but not limited to printed materials, forms, video tapes and any media including computer networks) must be approved by OPULENCE GLOBAL prior to use.
A Partner may be liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of OPULENCE GLOBAL copyrights, trademarks and materials.
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners may not use or attempt to register any of OPULENCE GLOBAL trade names, trademarks, service marks, product names, the Company name or any derivative thereof, for any Internet domain name.
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner who attempts to change or modify the label or packaging, which misrepresents the products or who makes claims other than those set forth in OPULENCE GLOBAL literature will be terminated without notice.
TELEPHONE
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner’s telephone listing must be under the heading of “Independent Lifestyle Advisor”, “ Independent Lifestyle Promoter” or “Independent Retailer”.
An OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner shall not answer the telephone by saying “OPULENCE GLOBAL”, or use any other OPULENCE GLOBAL trademarks that would possibly give the impression that the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner is a OPULENCE GLOBAL employee or that the caller has reached the OPULENCE GLOBAL corporate office.
MEDIA INQUIRES
With increasing public interest in OPULENCE GLOBAL, OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners may be contacted by the media. When this happens, the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner must contact OPULENCE GLOBAL Head Office immediately. OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners are not authorized to make any statements or comments to the media with reference to any or all of OPULENCE GLOBAL officers, products or procedures. Failure to this is a ground for membership termination.
RECORDINGS
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners may not reproduce for sale or for personal use any recordings of OPULENCE GLOBAL produced recorded materials.
ACCOUNT INQUIRIES / REQUEST FOR CHANGE
Requests to make changes to an account must be submitted to the OPULENCE GLOBAL Head Office. To accept a request to make changes in an account, OPULENCE GLOBAL must be able to establish the identity of the owner of the account. To confirm the identity of the account holder, requests will be accepted only if received by:
• Notice submitted with the signature of the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner on a dated document; if the signature is not on record with OPULENCE GLOBAL, then an email from the address on record must be sent or a copy of a government-issued ID with the Partner’s signature must be submitted along with a signed request.
Any account activity in a Partner’s OPULENCE GLOBAL account that appears incorrect must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the posting of the account activity to the OPULENCE GLOBAL Head Office for research and final decision. OPULENCE GLOBAL is not responsible for errors and omissions not brought to its attention within 30 days from the time of occurrence.
DATES / TIMING
The Toronto Head Office (EST) is open during regular office hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am – to 8:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for Opulence Global Partners. Office is CLOSED on Sunday and statutory holidays and as otherwise announced. NO admin work is done on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays, any payments or other activity that falls on a weekend will be deemed to be due on the Friday before.
COMMISSION PAYMENT
OPULENCE GLOBAL’s E-Wallet is the only method of payment. OPULENCE GLOBAL will deposit Commissionable earnings into your E-Wallet. The amounts of which may be viewed through your Back Office. There is a $5 administrative charge every time money is loaded into your E-Wallet. Through your E-Wallet money may be transferred to any of the available financial instruments of your choosing.
COMMISSION PAYMENT PERIOD
The OPULENCE GLOBAL week is from Sunday midnight to Sunday midnight (Eastern Standard Time). Any activity finalized during the week is confirmed on Sunday midnight; activity is reflected in the Back office by Tuesday of the following week and payment is loaded into the E-Wallet.
Any Commissions generated by the sales to VIP Shoppers online, will be respectively paid 7 days after the sale has been processed.
MARKETING ALLOWANCE
Marketing Allowance is designed to help down-lines business growth and to promote your own business. The Marketing Allowance receives $60 of each power cycle ($400).
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Additionally, funds from the Marketing Allowance can be pooled to support greater team marketing expenses.
Corporate headquarters must approve each and every event. Prior to the event, flyers, social media posts, and announcements are essential. Within the timeline Snapshots of the related event must be submitted.

Currently we have two payment commission payment receiving methods –
OPULENCE GLOBAL (TruCash) PREPAID VISA – Any commission requests to be loaded on the OPULENCE VISA card and funds will be available instantly through your Back Office following Dashboard>Financials>My Opulence Visa once the card is activated.
Note – Opulence Visa card is operated by a third party company (TruCash).

I-PAYOUT LOAD – We’ve partnered for your benefit with i-Payout, a U.S. -based financial software company and leading solution provider for worldwide payment disbursement and management. Once Opulence Global credits your earnings to your eWallet, you are able to withdraw those funds in a number of convenient ways. Withdrawal options vary depending on your global location but may include: direct-to-bank transfers, paper checks, bank wires, transfers to cards and more. TIMELINE – SC PURCHASE
SC purchases that are successfully processed on SC date appear in a Partner’s SC (cumulative PV) and as accumulated commissionable volume CV (left and right sides) to Upline immediately. All accumulated SC are Non-Refundable.
Once volume and commissions are paid out SC cannot be refunded. SC is intended for use to purchase products only and has no cash value.
TIMELINE – PACKAGE PURCHASE
Enrollers receive Wholesale Profit and all Upline receive commissionable volume following the 10-day cooling-off period.
For example: the new OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner joins on April 5, and therefore the cooling-off period ends on April 15. Wholesale profit and upline commissionable volume becomes payable on April 16th
ADJUSTMENTS
OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to deduct from payments any account receivable balances owed to OPULENCE GLOBAL, including balances resulting from reverse transactions due to product returns, chargebacks, clerical errors and membership and order cancellations.
Upline OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners affected by returned products or cancellations will have their accounts and payments adjusted accordingly.

PRODUCT ORDERS
As an OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner, you are able to shop 24-hours a day, seven (7) days a week by placing an online order.
If a product order amount is higher than what is available in your SC account, the credit card on file will automatically be charged for the difference at the time the order is processed. A request to use your E-Wallet can be made to our product customer service department,by phone, support ticket or email.

OPULENCE GLOBAL QUALITY CONTROL
All products go through an 8 step quality control process.
FREE PICKUP’s
OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners can indicate Free Pickup at any of our Pick up locations. When placing orders online, shipping will be automatically charged if the “Free pick-up button” is not selected. Pick up orders are processed within 24-48 from time of ordering (excluding Friday and Saturday) for same day order & pick up, a “RUSH” fee of $10.00+HST applies.
If an order is not picked-up within 7 days of the Order Status marked as “Ready for Pick-up”, there will be a storage fee of $25 per week charged from the 8th day which will have to be paid at the time of pickup.
Please note that ALL out of province or international product pickups at the (Toronto Office) are subject to Ontario’s Provincial HST of 13% on the TOTAL purchase.
REFUND
There will be an automatic 5% Processing Fee on all refunds issued to the credit card originally used. Refunds include but not limited to membership packages, renewals, monthly SC payments, product orders, shipping charges and any other payments processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If an order is placed and cancelled before it is shipped, the restocking fee will not apply however a 5% Processing Fee will apply to any refund made to the original credit card used (i.e. shipping fees). The OPULENCE GLOBAL partner must contact the Product Department through the OPULENCE GLOBAL’s “Ticketing System” which may be found in your back office, explaining the reason for the cancellation and specifying which products in the order are not to be processed/exchanged or if it is a complete cancellation of the order.
If an order is placed, processed and in queue for shipping, and we receive notice of cancellation a restocking fee of $10 +applicable taxes per item will apply. This does not apply to Gold orders, which are custom made and cannot be cancelled.
Once the status of an order is shipped , Ready for Pickup or Picked up, Cancellation will not be accepted.
SHIPPING
Opulence Global ships any FERI, POSH, FERI Flawless and Fountain of Life products for personal consumption to most countries (some countries may not apply). As a general rule, delivery of product can require up to 3 weeks from when the order is placed and FERI MOSH Custom orders may require up to 8 weeks. Please ensure a complete residential/business address including any apartment/unit # at the time of your product order. Any change of delivery address after the order has been completed will be subject to a $15 admin fee and if the new destination is in a different country international pricing may apply and the charges will be made to the credit card on file. All orders are delivered by an OPULENCE GLOBAL authorized courier and requires a recipient signature on delivery. Should you, the OPULENCE GLOBAL Partner or VIP Customer, sign any authorized Opulence courier Notice (door knocker), giving permission to leave the shipment at the front door, OPULENCE GLOBAL will not be responsible in the event the shipment or part of is missing or damaged (Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Air China or any other local couriers).
The progress of your shipment and a tracking number is provided in your back office dashboard under SHOPPING > MY ORDERS and a copy is directly sent to your email address on file. Delivery time can take from 3 – 5 business days, some countries may take longer due to customs clearance.
Additional Shipping Charges may apply for orders that are oversized, high-value and/or heavy shipments over 20lbs and will be automatically charged to the credit card initially used.
Opulence Global offers full service shipping to some countries (CANADA, GABON, GREAT BRITAIN, KENYA, RWANDA, SINGAPORE, TAIWAN AND USA) and Self Clearing Shipping to THE REST OF THE WORLD; this means all charges being applied to the package by customs for clearance (duties/taxes/vat charges) will be paid by the partner/customer/recipient and Opulence Global has no jurisdiction in this matter since Customs is their own entity in each country and can hold, reject or confiscate any package for examination as long as they choose to. Opulence will try to encourage the process to be expedited, however, we cannot control the length of time they may take. Follow your tracking number as it will advise the estimated time of arrival. Please note that if the package is held for pick up at a location, it is a 5 business day hold. If the shipment is not collected within the time frame, it will be returned to Opulence Global where you will be charged the return shipping fees.
Self Clearing Countries Documents: If needed or requested by customs you can download the commercial invoice from your back office.
All orders that are returned to the Opulence Global Head office will be subjected to the return shipping charges. This amount is double the cost of the original shipping charge of the returned order.
RUSH Shipping
RUSH shipping may be available for an additional charge ($45) that you can select at the time of checkout. Shipping time will vary depending on location to be delivered to, and customer instructions. Special handling may be requested but is not guaranteed.
SHIPPING ERRORS
If the partner realizes that there is an error on the shipping information, he/she must contact the product department before the order is processed (maximum 24 hrs.) by phone or email to [email protected] the OPULENCE GLOBAL ticketing system and clarify the correct shipping address. OPULENCE GLOBAL is not responsible for shipping details that are incorrectly supplied by the OPULENCE GLOBAL partner.
Redirecting / Change of Address / Undeliverables
Once a shipment leaves the Headquarter with an incorrect address, a minimum ADMIN fee of $15 applies to all shipments that need to be redirected. Should a shipment be returned to OPULENCE GLOBAL Head Office it will automatically be considered UNDELIVERABLE until further investigations are done, the Partner will be responsible for all shipping costs related to re-route and re-ship of the package if applicable.

COMBINING SHIPPING
Please note that two (2) product shipments or more MAY NOT be combined together as shipping of some products may come from different fulfillment centers and shipping is calculated at checkout based on dimensional weight of all the items. A repair (RAF) and a product order may be combined together; however additional charges may occur and the partner must notify the product department.
ORDER DISCREPANCIES OR ERRORS
If a partner receives an order where there is a discrepancy they must advise OPULENCE GLOBAL’s Product Department by email to [email protected] of the error immediately or within seven (7) days from receipt of shipment.
LOST SHIPMENTS
In case of a lost shipment, the partner must notify OPULENCE GLOBAL immediately to conduct an investigation and file a claim with the appropriate courier.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• Due to country rules and regulations shoes cannot be shipped to Mexico.
• Group shipping option is prohibited to Cameroon.
• Latvia, Senegal: The receiver must provide importer information (receiver information) to customs to clear shipment, for example receiver’s passport number or driver’s license number. Most European countries require this information for customs.

OPULENCE GLOBAL Partners receive retail commissions 7 days after order is completed and processed on any retail order placed on their website by a customer. Retail profits may vary based on membership status, being Lifestyle Advisor 30%, Lifestyle Promoter 25% and Retailer 20%.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (RAF) PROCEDURES
-REPAIRS
OPULENCE GLOBAL offers a repair service for all FERI and FERI MOSH pieces purchased from an OPULENCE GLOBAL partner. Products must be brought or shipped to OPULENCE GLOBAL head office with Shipping costs to be paid by the customer.
-Exchanges/Returns
Within 30 days of receipt, OPULENCE GLOBAL FERI Designer products can be exchanged only with accompanying original invoice or packing slip and an Return Authorization Form (RAF). An item must not have been used and must be in original condition, and must be returned with the original packaging.
There is no exchange on earrings or Shoes (due to hygienic reasons).
There are no returns on custom-made pieces.
Custom-made pieces are the items that are made to custom fit a client. Special ring sizing and custom-made designs cannot be returned for refunds.
If an Opulence Global Partner is dissatisfied with their initial FERI Flawless or Fountain of Life product for any reasons except for taste, they may return the unused portion of the product within ninety (90) days of receipt for a replacement or a 80% refund of the purchase price along with the following to Opulence Global:
• Original packaging and shipping container(s)
• Original proof of purchase
• Signed and filled Return Authorization Form (RAF), see back office
• The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be written on the shipping box.
• The refund less any commission paid on the purchase will be processed and credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Opulence Global reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without advance notice in the event a Opulence Global Partner abuses the FERI Flawless return policy.
VIP SHOPPERS
Opulence Global offers a ninety (90) day satisfaction guarantee on all initial FERI Flawless AND FOUNTAIN OF LIFE products for any reasons except for taste to Retail Customers (including VIP Shoppers).
Damaged or broken Fountain of Life bottles received from an Opulence Global online order should be reported within 7 days of receiving the order through the RAF system in the back office. If the report is not received within the time frame the replacement will be VOID.
Customers not completely satisfied with their initial FERI Flawless product, may return the unused portion of the product for a replacement or full refunded as Shopping Credits back to their VIP account within ninety (90) days from the Customer’s date of receipt.
If the FERI Flawless product was purchased from an Opulence Global Partner’s website, the Customer may return the product to Opulence Global directly with the following:
• Original packaging and shipping container(s)
• Original proof of purchase
• Fill out the Return Authorization Form (RAF), see procedure under RAF Form
• The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be written outside of the shipping box
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the FERI Flawless or Fountain of Life product was purchased directly from an Opulence Global Partner, the refund must be processed by the Opulence Global Partner directly. The product must be returned along with the original invoice to the Opulence Global Partner who will refund the product purchase price. The Opulence Global Partner may then return the product to Opulence Global for a replacement.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the case that you have not received your order/item, or you have received a damaged item. You have 7 days from the date you received your order to file a claim.
RA# AND RAF Form
For any exchanges, returns or repairs, partners must request an RA# number. Repairs may take upwards of 60-90 days for completion due to resources and ordering of parts.
Steps to complete the process.
Step 1. Request RA#
in your Dashboard, go to MY ONLINE SHOP > MY ORDERS, find the order from the list and then click on START A NEW RAF CASE.
Once in the order, Click the product you wish to exchange. Add your comments and click on ADD COMMENTS…. When we receive it, we will send you an RA #.
Step 2. Print Form
Once you receive your RA#, go into your Dashboard and click on MY TOOLS AND RESOURCES > BUSINESS TOOLS & TRAINING) > PRODUCT TOOLS. Under the “Product Forms” heading click and download the RAF FORM. Complete it and send/bring it with the item back to us. Please make sure to put the RA# in the RA line.
Step 3. Box
The item must be boxed properly when shipped back to us. The RA# must be on the box as well as the words “Returned item for repair”. If the RA# is not visible; the shipment will be accepted by the Product Department and a $25.00+tax will apply.

RAF POLICIES
-RAF Restocking Fee
OPULENCE GLOBAL must be notified within 5 business days of either receiving your order via Courier, or picking up your order at head office, of a return or exchange and the $10+applicable taxes restocking fee may be waived as a courtesy. If you are unable to abide by the timeline the $10 restocking fee will stand. OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to enforce the fee at their sole discretion.
The restocking fee may be waived based on something that happens out of your control such as: a bracelet or watch being too long/big for your wrist or a necklace being too short for your neck. This is decided by OPULENCE GLOBAL based on our discretion.
This does not apply to the following:
• Earrings and Shoes are final sale purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Market sale items are final sale purchases. There is no return/exchange or warranty for repair.
• Last call items are sold with the possibility of having minor imperfections/ & or last items.
• Clearance items are final sale purchases. There is no return/exchange or warranty. Repairs will endure charges.
• Opulence Points redemption are all final. There will be no return/exchange accepted, Standard warranties & guarantees applied for 90 days after redemption on manufacturer’s defect.
All returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days from receipt of order.

Where applicable, once an exchange is received and inspected and as long as the partner has followed all policies, the applicable SC will be credited back to the partners SC account. A partner will then be able to place a new order for the exchange.
We recommend using a reputable courier for the shipment of the return back to the OPULENCE GLOBAL head office with a tracking # to confirm the delivery of the package. The customer must provide adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the merchandise. OPULENCE GLOBAL will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or otherwise damaged.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect. The refund must be approved by OPULENCE GLOBAL’s Head Office and the maximum shipping refund of $15 CAD for Canada and USA, $30 CAD for International Orders and Africa will apply.
If Shipping Costs are approved, we will deposit the value of the refund in SC Dollars into your OPULENCE GLOBAL Account.
No product is to be returned without written authorization from OPULENCE GLOBAL and then only in accordance with OPULENCE GLOBAL’s Policies and Procedures.
If a product is returned because of a mistake by OPULENCE GLOBAL, it will be accepted with no restocking fee provided OPULENCE GLOBAL is notified within seven (7) days of receipt of the product by the customer. Return procedures must still be followed.

Fine jewelry such a silver 925/950 is precious and elegant. It requires care & regular maintenance to prolong its beauty and reliability. Below are some important DOs and DON’Ts of handling your fine jewelry and timepieces.
DO’s:
• Follow the OPULENCE GLOBAL warranty maintenance schedule.
• Clean your jewelry regularly.
• Place your jewelry in its original box when not in use.
• Make sure you are not missing any stones through inspection, then bring it in for repair.
• Wear and take off your jewelry with care and patience.
• Always use a cloth or napkin to protect your jewelry from scratches and impact
DONT’s:
• Avoid impact from banging or dropping
• DO NOT wash dishes while wearing your jewelry or timepiece. Soap & chlorine may damage diamonds and gold/Rhodium plating.
• DO NOT swim with your jewelry or timepiece. The chlorine or salt will shorten the life of jewelry plating and color.
• DO NOT place your jewelry on the table or hard surfaces.
WATER RESISTANCE VS WATERPROOF
The common misconception by watch users is the difference between water resistant and waterproof. Some high-end sports watches are waterproof and are safe for swimming and even shallow scuba diving. These watches are not designed for fine outings as they are made with water repellent materials.
Top designers produce fashion watches that are water resistant but not waterproof. The most common standard is water resistant to 3 ATM, a few are 5 ATM. FERI designer watches are 10 ATM.
Water resistance means that if you were dumped in deep water for a few moments, the watch has the ability to “resist” the water pressure and keep your watch mechanism safe. Water resistance is generally to protect the watch mechanism from hand washing and rain.
Water will eventually penetrate the fashion watch housing and damage the movement, hence swimming or deep diving is prohibited. High end fashion watches are expensive because the raw materials are expensive and provide the glamorous feel and allow the unique look and design.
Waterproof and water resistance does not protect you from steam.
Long hot showers, hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas are prohibited and will void the warranty. Furthermore chlorine and other chemicals will fade the color, numbers and other details from ceramic watches.
Avoid steam, soaps and chemicals like chlorine and excessive water. This as well as being careful not to cause impact to your jewelry and timepieces will allow you to be able to wear it proudly and pass it on to your children.
Fashion timepieces are not suited for sports and other active outings. FERI timepieces are constructed of high density Tungsten, and excessive movement may shorten the life of the band.
WARRANTIES
POSH Comes with a limited 30 day warranty that covers any manufacturers’ defects. In the case of a manufacturing defect, or damage caused during shipping, OPULENCE GLOBAL’s Head Office must be notified within 10 days and will be repaired or replaced at OPULENCE GLOBAL’s sole discretion.
POSH VIBE: is covered by a 12-month limited warranty following:

FERI Timepieces • FERI customers enjoy the benefits of an extended 36-month maintenance free warranty valid for all Time Pieces sold world-wide. Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence. The watches must be shipped to the OPULENCE GLOBAL Head Office. OPULENCE GLOBAL will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component needed to restore the timepiece to full working order. Battery replacements are not included.
Our FERI Jewelry(Tungsten, Plangsten, Stellite and Silver) is covered by our limited 12-month warranty for the following: Stone-setting, color, luster, rhodium and pins (Excluding Rose + Gold Plating)
FERI Stone Settings • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, or damage caused during shipping, any loose stones or separated stones will be repaired or replaced, at OPULENCE GLOBAL’s sole discretion.*** The FERI stone setting warranty is null and void if the micro evaluation determines that the damage or stone fall was caused by misuse of the jewelry. Misuse is labeled if the micro evaluation by an expert product specialist determines damages to the jewelry’s structure, setting, prongs and stones caused by a fall or banging of the item by the user***
Please note that chips caused by impact or negligence are not covered.
*** Rose Gold Plating or 18 Karat Gold Plating on the Feri Jewellery are not under warranty***.
All FERI Fine Silver pieces come with the industry’s best warranty. Exclusive to FERI Fine Silver is the 0.5 microns of natural rhodium plating and up to 5 microns of 18 KT gold plating, to ensure long lasting beauty and shine.
*** The FERI plating warranty is null and void if the jewelry has been subject to extreme conditions such as soap, harsh cleaning chemicals and perfume.
Market Sale: items do not have warranty coverage, they are final sale.
FERI Shields, have a limited 1 (one) year warranty that covers any manufacturers’ defects.
FERI Purses & Wallets: comes with a limited 1 (one) year warranty that covers

FERI MOSH 19K and 21K: Each and every FERI MOSH 19K and 21K Prestige Series Piece is protected by a 60 month warranty*** which includes inspection, annual clean up and precious stones setting maintenance, including prong check and tightness check.
Important notes – A client is responsible for shipping their FERI MOSH piece back to Head Office for the inspection at their own expense. The appropriate insurance coverage must be bought by the owner. If the Annual Clean-up is missed, the warranty is subject to be voided and $120 Fee plus applicable taxes will apply.
An inspection fee of $120 plus applicable taxes is charged after the 60 month warranty period.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect with accompanying original invoice or packing slip. If the item is not available, the partner may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value. If an item(s) of greater value is selected, the applicable SC points, taxes are required. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, safety chains and watch batteries.
Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and leather or in natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand-craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered defects
RESIGNATION / TERMINATION – RETURNS/REFUNDS
Opulence Global agrees to re-purchase a resigning or terminating Opulence Global Partner’s unencumbered, unused, unopened, and in commercially re-sellable condition of our Fashion, Health & Beauty products & sales aids purchased from the Company within 10 days from the date of resignation or termination (or longer where required by law), for not less than 80% of the actual amount paid for the same. Any and all commissions and bonuses previously paid out on such sale will be deducted from the refund.
No re-purchases/refunds will be issued unless the Opulence Global Partner is in compliance with the procedures contained herein:
• A written request must be submitted to Opulence Global stating the reason for the termination and the reason for the return of products and/or sales materials;
• The above request shall be accompanied by the original Order # number and copy of the Packing Slip (if any);
• Upon receipt and inspection of the product(s) to be returned, Opulence Global will process the appropriate payment;
• The Opulence Global Partner shall pay the cost of return freight, if any.
• Fulfillment fee can not be returned once welcome kit shipped.
MONTHLY SMART BUY CANCELLATION
Monthly FERI Flawless, Fountain of Life or Personal Care Smart Buy Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by submitting a written notice seven (7) business days prior to the next scheduled processing date. To cancel a Smart Buy Subscription, a written request must be submitted via email to [email protected], OR, through a support ticket form the back office
OPULENCE POINTS
With most activities in your business like launching new Partners in your team, there are incentives that generate opulence Points; all of them trackable under your “Performance Centre” section in your back office. The more activities you do the more points you accumulate FREE.
There is a section in your website where you can redeem your points for exclusive FREE products. These items can be redeemed using your points in the account.
Shipping of these items is NOT included and regular fees and services apply based on category and weight of products.
These FREE items cannot be combined with Shopping Credits in the account and all products are final sale. There are no exchanges, returns or regular purchases warranties applied to this section of the website.
TERMINATION
VOLUNTARY TERMINATION (RESIGNATION)

A partner may voluntarily terminate/cancel their membership at any time by sending a written letter to OPULENCE. Voluntary termination is effective immediately upon receipt of such document by the OPULENCE corporate office. OPULENCE may notify any affected parties of the termination. (See “Effect of Termination” below).
If a partner does not renew their membership by their anniversary date as per these Policies, then that partner is considered to have voluntarily terminated their membership as of their anniversary date (see Membership Renewal).
A voluntarily terminated partner may not reapply to OPULENCE for new membership status for a period of six (3) months. A new Agreement Form must be submitted, and is subject to OPULENCE acceptance.
If a partner has placed a written resignation or did not renew membership and has waited a six (3) month period as per the Policies & Procedures, he or she may change sponsors, but Groups already created will remain in place.
Any Sponsor changes must be completed prior to any new product orders. OPULENCE at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel memberships which have not purchased for one (1) year or to not renew a membership at its sole discretion.
Additionally, OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to amend this renewal policy as it deems appropriate.
On the basis of involuntary or voluntary termination; the legal account owner(s) for a period of 24 months from the date of termination, cannot solicit and/or recruit any Active or Inactive Opulence Global’ partner including, but not limited to, customer, partner, staff or supplier on behalf of another network marketing company and/or company offering competing product line or business models.
Upon termination all Online shop Operators weather Active or Inactive Opulence Global partner including, but not limited to, customer, partner, staff or supplier must be removed from the former Lifestyle Advisors Social Media accounts and Chat Groups.
Customer and Partner lists and Genealogy Reports will not be used or disclosed to anyone except for the purpose of promoting and developing my Opulence Global business.
SUSPENSION / INVOLUNTARY TERMINATION
OPULENCE GLOBAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time for cause when the Partner has violated any provision of the membership agreement, including the provision of the Policies and Procedures, as they may be amended, or the provisions of applicable laws and standards of fair dealing.
SUSPENSION
Suspension of a partner account will result in, but is not limited to, holding their bonuses, inability for the partner to access account information via online, place orders, or sponsor new partner during the review process. Suspension may be made by OPULENCE at its discretion and without prior knowledge.
APPEALING A SUSPENSION / TERMINATION
The partner must appeal the termination in writing within thirty (30) days of the date on the termination letter. If a partner files a timely appeal, OPULENCE GLOBAL will review the termination, consider any other appropriate action and notify the Partner of its decision.
OPULENCE GLOBAL decision will be final and shall not be subject to further review. In the event that the termination is not rescinded, the termination will be effective as of the date of OPULENCE GLOBAL original termination letter.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Voluntary (cancellation, resignation, non-renewal, etc.) and involuntary termination results in the Partners’s loss of all rights to their downline Group. No terminated partner shall present themselves as a partner of OPULENCE GLOBAL.
The account will be suspended as the owner is no longer a partner of OPULENCE, and there will be no access to the Back Office. The remaining SC will be available for use to purchase products at retail price; and the owner must contact the Product Department to place the order.
Every month a $5 SC will be deducted from the shopping credit balance of such an account as an administrative fee. This fee is first deducted immediately after the anniversary date, and thereafter every month on SC day. If an account has zero SC it will then be terminated.
Terminated persons cannot use their OPULENCE business cards, and such cards must be returned to the OPULENCE GLOBAL Head Office.
CHARGEBACKS or CHARGE DISPUTES
OPULENCE is committed to refunding any monies owed. However, if a partner has not first contacted OPULENCE, then an extra administration fee of $50 applies as well as all other costs that may be associated with the clearing the charge back.
Any charge back that occurs without first communicating with OPULENCE will result in forwarding your debt to a collections agency and credit bureau.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE
All OPULENCE products, materials, shipping and handling charges and other fees are subject to change without prior notice however, OPULENCE GLOBAL will make every effort to give ample notice of any change. Notice of change will be considered made upon posting on the OPULENCE GLOBAL website.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
An Executive Decision or a compliance department Decision may override any part of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement (comprised of these Policies and Procedures, the Application Form, the Terms & Conditions and the Variable Business PlanTM) as such may exist or hereafter be amended, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties regarding their business relationship, the subject hereof and related hereto.
AMENDMENTS
OPULENCE reserves the right to amend the Agreement set forth herein, product availability and selection, and compensation plan, as it deems appropriate. Amendments will be communicated to all partners through email or other means that are effective and binding upon all partners as of the date of issuance. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and any such amendment, the amendment shall prevail. In the event that any company brochures, product catalogues, product lists, literature, website, fax on demand information, etc. is revised, only the most current version is authorized for use by OPULENCE GLOBAL.
EXCUSE FOR NON-PERFORMANCE
OPULENCE GLOBAL and its partner shall not be responsible for delays and failures in performance where performance is commercially impractical due to circumstances beyond the parties’ reasonable control including but not limited to, without limitations, strikes, labour difficulties, riot, fire, death or curtailment of the parties’ usual source of supply, or governmental decrees or orders.
REPORTING POLICY VIOLATIONS
Policy violations by another partner should be submitted via a written report of the violation to the Compliance Department of OPULENCE GLOBAL either through mail, fax, or email. Such documentation must bear the writer’s signature and identification number. Anonymous complaints will not be accepted. Details of the incidents such as dates, number of occurrences, persons involved, witnesses, and any supporting documentation should be included in the report.
Note: No telephone calls will be accepted with such matters.
All complaints are held confidential.
No Waiver Provision:
Failure to exercise any power under this Agreement, or failure to insist on strict compliance by a partner with any obligation or provision herein, or custom of the parties at variance with these Policies and Procedures, shall not constitute a waiver of the Company’s right to demand exact compliance with this Agreement; the Company’s waiver of any particular default by a partner shall not affect or impair the Company’s rights with respect to any subsequent default, nor shall it affect in any way the right or obligation to any other partner; nor shall any delay or omission by the Company to exercise any right arising from default affect or impair the Company’s rights as to that or any subsequent default.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
To the extent allowed by law, OPULENCE GLOBAL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and other partners shall not be held liable. The partner hereby releases the foregoing from, and waives any claim for loss of profit, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages, which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to OPULENCE GLOBAL performance, non-performance, act or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matter between the partner and the Company whether sounding in contrast, tort or strict liability. Furthermore, it is agreed that any damage to the partner shall not exceed, and is thereby expressly limited to, the purchase thereby from OPULENCE and any commissions or bonuses due.
FERI FLAWLESS
FERI FLAWLESS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Opulence Global offers a ninety (90) day satisfaction guarantee on all initial FERI Flawless products to Retail Customers (including VIP Shoppers).
PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGE RETAIL CUSTOMERS & VIP SHOPPERS
Customers not completely satisfied with their initial FERI Flawless product, may return the unused portion of the product for a replacement or full refunded as Shopping Credits back to their VIP account within ninety (90) days from the Customer’s date of receipt.
If the FERI Flawless product was purchased from an Opulence Global Partner’s website, the Customer may return the product to Opulence Global directly with the following:
• Original packaging and shipping container(s)
• Original proof of purchase
• Fill out the Return Authorization Form (RAF), see process on page
• The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be written on the outside of the shipping *
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the FERI Flawless product was purchased directly from an Opulence Global Partner, the refund must be processed by the Opulence Global Partner directly. The product must be returned along with the original invoice to the Opulence Global Partner who will refund the product purchase price. The Opulence Global Partner may then return the product to Opulence Global for a replacement.
OPULENCE GLOBAL PARTNERS
Opulence Global Partners if dissatisfied with their initial FERI Flawless product, may return the unused portion of the product within ninety (90) days of receipt for a replacement or a 80% refund of the purchase price along with the following to Opulence Global:
• Original packaging and shipping container(s)
• Original proof of purchase
• Signed and filled Return Authorization Form (RAF), see process on page
• The Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be written on the outside of the shipping *
The refund less any commission paid on the purchase will be processed and credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Opulence Global reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without advance notice in the event a Opulence Global Partner abuses the FERI Flawless return policy.

SHIPPING
Opulence Global can ship FERI Flawless worldwide for personal consumption. All orders delivered by an authorized Opulence Global courier and will be provided a tracking number. Please note that delivery time can take 2 – 5 business days. Some regions and countries may have longer delivery times due to passing through international customs.
P.O. BOXES
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available as all packages require a signature for proof of delivery. Please ensure a complete residential/business address including any apartment/unit # at the time of product order.
*If a package is returned without a RA#, the package may be refused, OR, a $25 investigation charge may apply.
